We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• A site supervisor ensures the safe and timely completion of construction projects.
• They oversee everyone working on a construction site, including artisans and subcontractors.
• In this role, it's your responsibility to make sure each individual has the necessary resources to complete their tasks and to monitor and ensure they perform their duties effectively and in compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
• Manage and coordinate manpower and equipment resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Organizing daily work schedules
• Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
• Constantly giving reports and updates of work progress on site
• Attending site management meetings
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices
• Communicate regularly with managers and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations
• 2-4 years proven experience working on high-quality building projects
• Previous experience working with a major construction firm is an added advantage
• Strong project management and leadership skills

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
