Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, grow our audience, and support business growth through effective online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage daily content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok where applicable).
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to promote products and projects accurately.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through social media content.
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, short videos, and basic graphics.
• Plan and manage content calendars for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a Digital Marketing role (preferably in energy, tech, or B2B sectors).
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience running paid ads is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create basic graphics and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
