South Atlantic Travels is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Client Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- General knowledge of the Federal Skilled Work and Study Permit of the Canadian Immigration Visa Program
- Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality and conduct research based on visa processing
- Good analytical skills with keen attention to details
- Certified and proficient in Microsoft office applications and good Knowledge of general computer operations
- Promote Company's services and be able to monitor/advice Customers based on Federal Skilled Work and Study Permit Program
- Ability to use internet facilities and work with less or no supervision
- Ability and willingness to work as a team, very creative and handle multiple tasks
Qualifications and Requirements- OND (minimum requirement)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be good with customer service skills
- Must be trustworthy, self-disciplined and transparent
- 3-5 years working experience.
