Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Kontz Engineering Limited in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Communication skills

• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
