Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Warehouse Officer with a minimum of three (3) years of experience to oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations and supply chain processes to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to improve workflow.
• Applicants are expected to be in Sagamu or be willing to relocate

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or logistics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain software.
