Job Title: Team Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • Supervise Alpha Sales Force Senior Advisors/Advisors.
  • Training, motivating and development of team members.
  • Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving set sales target.
  • Mobilization and management of Alpha Sales Force Senior Advisors/Advisors.
  • Monitor Senior Advisors/Advisors’ liaison with customers.
  • Identify and escalate actual and/or potential operational and administrative issues to the Assistant Agency Manager’s attention
  • Assist in identifying required resources and personnel to achieve revenue budget of the group
  • Negotiate rates with underwriters.
  • Seek approval for accepting/processing transactions when required.
  • Identify viable sales strategies to be implemented by Senior Advisors/Advisors.
  • Ensure that Senior Advisors/Advisors capture complete and accurate information on the CRM database.
  • Manage and maintain weekly, monthly and all required sales reports.
  • Identify trends in retail business and proactively advice Assistant Agency Manager on potential actions to take.
  • Any other assignments given by the Assistant Agency Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
