Technical / Project Associate in a Civil Engineering & Environmental Management Company

Our client, specializing in civil engineering (roads, buildings, bridges), environmental engineering (water/wastewater treatment, solid waste management, EIA reports), and project management consultancy is currently recruiting for the following personnel:

Job Title: Technical / Project Associate 

Location: Abuja (hybrid/flexible)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support project design, proposal preparation, supervision, and reporting
• Assist in environmental documentation (EIA/ESMP), civil works supervision, and project close-out reporting
• Engagement Model: Commission-based  Renumeration. Associates share in project income upon successful contract acquisition and execution. Ideal for early-career professionals seeking growth, visibility, and hands-on project exposure

Requirements

• Minimum HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote)
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and readiness to grow with a startup
