Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst

Job Description

• We’re looking for a Technical Systems Analyst who brings together a deep understanding of software systems, business analysis, and agile delivery coordination.
• This role is perfect for someone who can speak fluently with both clients and developers, adept with both tech and process, translate business needs into working systems, and own the communication, clarity, and structure that keeps projects running smoothly.

Qualifications
You're a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, Implementation Consultant or other relevant roles
• Have deep understanding of the full SDLC — from ideation and requirements through testing, release, and support
• Are fluent in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint/iteration planning, and release management
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating issues before they become blockers
• Can handle multiple projects and stakeholders at once with grace and structure
• Have experience writing client-facing documents: proposals, meeting summaries, cost breakdowns, user manuals, powerpoint presentations, etc.
• Are emotionally intelligent and able to manage client relationships with maturity and tact
• Can confidently and accurately discuss technical concepts like APIs, integrations, workflows, data flows, backend/frontend flows, software architecture (surface level) and deployments — even if you don’t code

Bonus:

• You are certified in Scrum/Agile (e.g. CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP)
• Must have: Atechnical background demonstrated by ample experience in software engineering, computer science, data analysis, or other technical roles.
