Job Title: Telesales Marketer

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grieveances to preserve the company's reputation
• Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Contact potentional or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales agents team when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
