We are recruiting to fill the positions below:



Job Title: Trust Officer – Private Trust Services

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Administer client estates and trust assets.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle contested wills, litigation, and estate administration.
  • Advise clients, beneficiaries, and advisors on estate planning matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship management skills
  • Professional certifications such as STEP, ICSA, or CFA are an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in private trust services, estate administration, or wealth management
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate law, compliance, and tax regulations

 

Job Title: Trust Officer – Public Trust (Commercial Services)

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer national and state bonds, private bonds, and collective investment schemes (CIS)
  • Liaise with fund managers, regulators, and joint trustees
  • Prepare and review bond and trust documentation (trust deeds, prospectuses, custody agreements, etc.)
  • Monitor compliance, performance, and reporting of public trust assets
  • Support business development initiatives for bonds and CIS offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in public trust services, bond administration, or CIS management
  • Strong knowledge of trust law, securities regulations, and investment management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and investment oversight.
