• Plan and Manage Security and General Administrative Services
• Develop, Maintain cordial relations with workers and Security Controllers
• Coordinate and Monitor Activities of Suppliers to Ensure Facility Needs are being met.
• Inspect Equipment and Facility Structures and Determine if repairs are Needed
• Develop and Implement Cost Reduction Initiatives
• Prepare And Track Facility Expense Budget

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns
• Diagnosing faults
• Repairing equipment
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
