Vacant Job For Maintenance Officer In A Retail/SME Company

Klinsettee Africa - Our clients in the retail and SME spaces are recruiting suitably qualified and promising candidates to deliver quality services in the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Lagos Roles

Executing cleaning projects for one-off services
Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken
Administering of special skills (e.g.First Aid) during emergency situations
Maintain clients' grounds, physical infrastructure through beautification and improvement
Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care
Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client's home and/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
Cleaning of home and office areas like the kitchen, sitting rooms, bedrooms
Organising and maintaining work and/or home spaces on a daily basis
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities and reporting
Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Qualifications

Only Primary School Leaving Certificate, SSCE, NABTEB, Trade Test, OND or NCE are to apply
No previous experience required, although previous experience will be an added advantage
Age: 18 - 40 years
