Job Description

• The Engineer Management Development Program is designed to prepare participants, Engineer Trainees, for future management opportunities within the Valaris Operations group. 
• Our 2.5 year development program is designed to fast-track in an immersive experience through hands-on offshore rotational exposure, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes mandatory training to work offshore 
• Completes program requirements including but not limited to:
  • Work corresponding with each developmental phase of the program 
  • Reports, projects and presentations as required by the program
  • Company competency program
• Demonstrates effective leadership skills and practices throughout each assignment

Qualifications and Education

• Engineering degree from an accredited university; principal focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Structural or Marine is preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited maritime institution
• Ability to work offshore in a global rig environment for extended periods of time
