Job Title: Virtual Assistant

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our clients by managing and submitting job applications on their behalf.
  • This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • You will play a key role in helping job seekers secure new opportunities by handling application submissions across various platforms, tailoring résumés, and tracking progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end job application submissions for multiple clients.
  • Search for relevant job openings across U.S. job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, company career pages, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients regarding preferences, job targets, and updates.
  • Meet daily and weekly application targets as assigned.
  • Conduct basic research on companies and roles to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Tailor résumés and cover letters to fit specific job descriptions provided by clients.
  • Fill out online job application forms accurately and completely.
  • Track all applications in an organized system and provide clients with progress updates.
  • Maintain confidential information with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • A working laptop capable of handling multitasking and web-based tools.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
  • Reliable and steady power supply, including backups such as inverter or generator access, ensuring consistent availability during work hours.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client information securely.
  • Tech-savviness — comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A full remote-work setup, including a quiet workspace conducive to focus.
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use job boards, applicant tracking systems, and online forms efficiently.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience applying for U.S. or international roles.
  • Background in customer service, admin support, HR, or operations.
  • Familiarity with resume writing or job application optimization.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible, but must be able to meet daily/weekly application quotas.
  • Availability during agreed-upon working hours to communicate with the team and submit updates.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: N80,000 Monthly
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional payments are awarded upon meeting and exceeding set KPIs and application targets.
