Job Description

• We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warranty Assistant to join our team at Keeper Systems. 
• As a Warranty Assistant, you'll be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and replacements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and coordinate repairs and replacements
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and effective resolution of warranty issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and service providers to resolve warranty issues
• Maintain accurate records and databases of warranty claims and repairs

Requirements / Skills

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
