Telecommunications Specialist Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
x years of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or relevant role
x years of experience with MS Office and databases
x years of experience in Managing and troubleshooting Network in a Global setup
x years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
x years of experience with all telecommunications systems
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Certification in Cisco CCNA
x years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
Ability to handle/track/write/communicate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents
Certification in Cisco CCNA at a minimum (CCNP a Plus)
Team player
Good time-management skills
