• Ensuring proper documentation, record and audit of all sales reports, expenses and income generated from all stations.
• Reporting any financial anomalies to the releant authorities.

• OND, HND,B.Sc in related field, 2-3 years work experience.

• Diagnose, perform major and minor repair.
• Also ensure cost effective maintenance/preventive maintenance of all trucks.

• Minimum of SSCE, Vocational training, 5-10 years of truck Mechanic experience.
• Experience with Mack trucks a plus.
• Communication skills.

• Providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the station.
• Proper management of station staff and ensuring compliance to organizational policies and procedures.

• B.Sc/HND 5-10 years experience.
• Management and communication skills.

• Manage and implement human resources polices, strategies and programs.
• Aligning employees with the overall organizational strategy and ensuring increased performance/ compliance to set standards.

• B.Sc, CIPM (Added advantage) 5-10 years experience.

• Perform secretarial, clerical and administrative duties by executing timely, efficient and effective operations of the department, prepare administrative reports and making recommendations to management, handling office correspondence and filing systems.

• 3+ years experience in a fleet/Transport Management company.

• Develop, implement and manage the operations of workshop in relation to managing all artisans, cost effectiveness in procurement of parts, prompt repair of trucks availability at all times.

• B.Sc, with 5-10 years experience.

• Develop, implement and manage the operations of transport department in relation to fleet management, driver management, product distribution management and relationship with relevant regulatory bodies.

• B.Sc, with 5-10 years experience.
• Must be good in Fleet Management.

• Develop, design and implement preventative security standards and procedures on the company operating locations.
• Manage all security staff and issues.

• Retired Police Officer Or Civil Defense.

• B.Sc, ICAN, 5-10 years experience.

• B.Sc/HND in Secretarial Administration, with 3 years experience.
