We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Associate
- Represent client in designated region
- Finding customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Create and manage a portfolio of customers that purchase bulk products
- Achieving established goals.
- Superior product and Technical knowledge.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Manage logistics for distribution of products for region, including ordering, safe keeping and sale of products
- Process all sales transactions in accordance with procedures
- Maintain and update all required reports and data
- Superior organizational skills and time management
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Post-secondary degree in a business management or a related field
- Sales Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Strong IT and social media skills
- Strong recordkeeping skills, attention to detail
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback
- Effective deadline management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- B.Sc/HND in relevant field
