• We seek to hire a Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our growing Human Resources Team.

Responsibilites

• Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's policies.
• Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization

Requirements

• Candidate must be a graduate (Minimum of 2 years Post-NYSC Experience)
• Candidate should have an affinity for numbers
• HR Experience (Minimum of 2 Years)
