We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Coordinator I

Location: Akwa Ibom
Job type: Full-time (Onsite) 

Main Functions

• Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials.
• Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills.
• Position will receive direction and support.
• Develops and maintains aids and training materials.
• Maintains updated curriculum database and training records. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
