Vacancy For HR Officer In A Reputable Microfinance Bank

GOS Projects Limited - Our client, a Microfinance Bank is currently seeking to recruit the services of: Job Title: HR Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, training and development of staff.
S/He will ensure proper custody and maintenance of employee files in secured and confidential manner and the organization of orientation programmes for all new hires whilst maintaining annual leave roster for the bank’s employees, amongst other duties.

Requirements

To fit in this role, you must have a BSc/HND in Industrial relations or any other related field, with a minimum of 3years experience in a related industry.
You must also possess excellent communication skills, good presentation and administrative skills and must have strong analytical disposition.
