Job Description

• We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations.
• This role is ideal for someone with retail or lifestyle marketing experience who is comfortable coordinating events, managing content across platforms, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of the marketing strategy and calendar deliverables
• Plan and coordinate retail events such as showroom activations, pop-ups, and product launches
• Assist with the creation of presentations, sales decks, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (stylists, printers, photographers, etc.)
• Monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with newspapers and advertising platforms
• Stay current on digital trends and consumer behavior to enhance brand storytelling
• Oversee site photography—scheduling, supervising shoots, and following up on post-production
• Organize and maintain all marketing assets in line with brand guidelines
• Manage and update e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and engaging content

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of marketing or retail experience (furniture/lifestyle industry is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience using design or content platforms like Canva.
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 (Net Monthly)
