• This role is individually accountable for providing support to marketing & communication strategy & execution.

• Administration, including expense reports & purchasing system.
• Assists with the distribution of marketing material.
• Makes travel arrangements.
• Checks & updates equipment inventory.
• Plans, co-ordinates & organizes presentations (invites and RSVP's).
• Coordinates the public relations implementation of the organisation
• Plans, coordinates & organises marketing events.
• Coordinates the implementation of key stakeholder engagements such as Brokers, HNI’s etc.
• Coordinates the sponsorship efforts of the organization
• Assists with the implementation of the organizations Responsible Business and corporate social responsibility efforts.
• Maintains & reinforces interpersonal relationships with internal & external clients.

• Implementation of PR and Sponsorship Strategy
• Implementation of Responsible Business and Corporate Social Responsibility Efforts

• Assists with the distribution of marketing material.
• Administration, including expense reports & purchasing system.
• Checks & updates equipment inventory.

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
• Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a max of three months.
• Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.

• A first Degree or its equivalent.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Technical/insurance product knowledge
• Relevant experience would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
