Job Description

• The ideal role holder is a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with a foundation in product development and a strong desire to grow. You will support the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of our product by helping to gather, organize, and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• You will workclosely with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that features align with our broader product strategy and vision.

Responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing customer and market feedback to guide product improvements
• Monitor progress across the product development lifecycle and report on key updates or blockers
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
• Support user acceptance testing and post-release reviews to ensure product quality
• Support the team in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on user needs and business goals
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development
• Help document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiaritywith product management tools
• Abilityto gather and interpret customer feedback and market data
• Experiencein a FinTech or tech-driven environment is a plus.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within product lifecycle management and strategy
