We have strong capacity in financial services delivery. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Recovery/Loan Verification Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Reporting daily progress against targets to Head of credit.
  • Verification of the prospective borrower addresses and give report on the acceptance of the credit proposal.
  • Preparing letter of demand notice to the debtors.
  • Daily monitoring of loan portfolio.
  • Any other task that may be assigned by the management.
  • Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
  • Working with loan officer/account officers to contact debtors and pursue payment.
  • Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
  • Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
  • Reducing the non-performing loans owed to the bank.
  • Maintain accurate; up-to-date customer account information.
Requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
