• Must possess a First Degree
• Must excellent communication(oral and written), interpersonal and IT skills.
• Ability to pay attention to details
• A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Must possess good understanding of the business.

• Must possess a First Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience especially in property market
• Must possess good interpersonal relationship with clients
• Must possess good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proximity to the Island would be an advantage.

• Must be a male
• Must be a certified Engineer or Builder
• Must have COREN or CORB WAN Certification
• Must have HSE Certification,
• Must have 10 years experience with 3 to 5 years in leadership or executive role
• Must possess excellent communication skills with advanced business/industry knowledge.
• Must possess leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in presentation is key.

• Must possess a First Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in core Human Resources
• Must possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate and work with own initiative.
• Must possess good understanding of the business.
• Ability to multi task will be an added advantage.
