We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: QC/NDT Inspector Location: Nationwide Job Description

  • Job responsibility includes complete QC activities & compiled documentations of Projects records, meeting clients, execution of NDT job as per requirements and satisfaction of clients/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, QC activities, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client representatives;
  • Witnessing hydro test, vacuum-box testing, monitoring pre & post weld heat treatment, interpretation & evaluation of radiographs, carrying out RT,UT, MPT, LPT ,VT on ASME coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers, allied structures, storage tanks, power piping and process piping;
  • Visual inspection of fit-up, in-process welding, pre & post weld inspection at various sites and co-ordination with third party inspectors, preparation & maintaining reports at various projects.
Requirements
  • 6 to 10 years works experience.
  • ASNT NDT Level - II in Radiography Testing, Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method in the file of piping and pressure vessels
  • Experience in the field of fabrication, construction in QA/QC & Inspection of pressure piping, storage tanks & structural steel works.
  • Should have experience in preparation of NDT report, to perform calibration of NDT instruments.
  • Practical working experience in penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method Review and interpretation of Radiography films.
  • Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
  • Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  Job Title: Civil Works Quality Control Inspector Location: Delta Job Description
  • Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
  • Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
  • Checks the preparation of foundations.
  • Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements.
  • Checks the certifications regarding element mixes. LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis.
  • Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring operations.
  • Monitors correct curing operations.
  • Checks the sampling operations (when required).
  • Reviews the laboratory examination results.
  • Checks sub-grade dry density.
  • Checks moisture content.
  • Checks compression strength test.
  • Checks after execution of costing.
  • Checks after concrete puring.
  • Checks materials quality (wire, fitting etc.).
  • Verifies special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
  • Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
  • Check the conformity with the Quality -Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
  • Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Clients requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of supervision of multi discipline Project support teams
  • Experience of working on major Civil/Building works projects with oil and gas involvement(5-10 years experience)
  • Formal engineering training and technical qualification
  • A number of experience in an oil/gas related supervisory position
  Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector Location: Delta Job Description
  • Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
  • Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
  • Checks cable laying and cable identification.
  • Performs all relevant loop checks.
  • Updates as built drawings.
  • Performs punch-listing operations.
  • Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.
  • Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.
  • Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
  • Calibrates safety valves.
  • Calibrates instruments.
  • Checks installation of instruments.
  • Performs tests functional instruments.
  • Checks pneumatic signal connection.
  • Checks fiber optic cable.
  • Performs test communication functionalities.
  • Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
  • Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
  • Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
Requirements
  • Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Previous exposure to high voltage electrical installation including switchgear and electric drives
  • Exposure to Hazardous Area installations
  • Instrument calibrations including ultrasonic flow meter, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role
  • A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISO/API/ATEX/EEMUA codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work
  • Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work
  • Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (eg. MS Project, Outlook, WinPCS, etc)
  • Hazardous Area installation and inspection experience is an advantage
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
