Job Description

• Trusted Choice Assets Ltd is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Officer to lead and execute strategic marketing efforts, drive sales, and take ownership of our target-based initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads to paying clients.
• Recruit and manage a team of field marketers and brand ambassadors.
• Report on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Drive real estate product awareness across key locations through market activation and field engagement.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, or Agege.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Must possess integrity and a results-first mindset.
• Good knowledge of the local terrain and market behavior.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (real estate, insurance experience is a plus).
• Must be willing to travel for market activations and business opportunities.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
