Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester
Location: Onikan, Lagos.
Job Descriptions
- The position will oversee title test planning, organization, coverage, execution, staffing and communication.
- Attention to detail is a critical requirement of the role, as is a highly communicative, amicable and mature demeanor in supporting the development team.
- We are looking for a QA Tester for our client. She/he will assist in the development testing of projects.
- The QA Tester is responsible for the direct operational test coverage administration of their assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical analysis of underlying code and data to identify and resolve core causes of technical issues.
- Perform direct technical support of build pipeline and advanced tools to the development team.
- Perform issue reporting, research, analysis, confirmation and support resolution on assigned projects.
- Perform build deployment, scheduling and reporting.
- Collaborate work across disciplines within the development team to help drive project to completion.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the project design and scheduling changes to support QA test effectiveness, focus and reporting.
- You will be performing thorough testing of applications.
- Executing manual test cases, for creating pre-go live test documentation, and for participating in the developmentof automated test scenarios.
- Develop, implement and assign master test plans and incorporate them into the software testing process.
- Primary ownership, administration and communication of all QA related project data and associated risks for all assigned projects.
- Primary ownerships in operational training, development, performance management and delegation to assigned Senior Test Analysts and Testers.
- Perform validation and exploratory development test coverage using different testing techniques on assigned projects.

Job Title: Learning and Development Programme Lead

Job Description
- The L & D Programme Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing our Learning and Development strategy across the organization
Responsibilities
- Track and report training impact on work performance.
- Drive constant improvement across modules.
Other Responsibilities:
- Own, plan and execute critical L&D projects within the organization
- Manage training development and delivery across the organization
- Develop training schedule and ensure execution stays within schedule, budget and other constraints.
- Closely monitor key metrics with effective tracking and preparation of relevant reports.
- Lead and manage team of direct and non-direct reports.
- Prepare reports and supporting documents and provide regular updates to management team.
- Consult with the leadership team to guide and influence long term strategic thinking
- Refine our training strategy across very different stakeholder groups – Full-time employees, contract staff and farmer members.
- Develop needs assessment framework, customized to each individual’s needs – both functional and soft skills gaps.
- Create new, relevant content to address the specific competencies.
- Source relevant content and course material from external providers.
- Prepare a targeted course curriculum designed to address individual needs.
- Evaluate, select and manage an appropriate Learning Management Platform (LMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Education, Development or a related discipline (Master’s degree and /or Project Management Certification is preferred)
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Strong project coordination skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description
- She/he will lead the discovery, definition, and execution of digital initiatives within our Product team.
- In this role, the product designer will work side-by-side with product management, research, and engineering to drive discovery, define requirements, explore innovative and human-centric solutions, and deliver improvements to the acquisition funnel and member experience.
- As a product designer, you'll create a range of items and you might work on new products or improve existing ones, and use your understanding of technology methods to improve the design and usability of a product.
- The work involves Designing, modeling, prototyping and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our partners and constituents.
- Assist your product manager in shaping requirements, as well as planning, prioritizing, and tracking your design work.
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Consume and assist in the development/contribute to a design system.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows.

Candidate Experience
- Experience managing projects and schedules, in an Agile/Scrum environment, and working with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You are actively involved in defining product strategy and thinking in terms of design systems. You have proven experience in distilling complicated problems into simple and elegant decisions.
- Your professional experience equates to a strong understanding of what makes an experience good or bad is critical. You can think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them.

Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of professional design experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the data with a Streaming Platform like Kafka, this work is done together with other developers.

- Develop machine learning expertise: GLM Regression (Linear, Logit, Multinomial), Decision Tree (including Boosted Trees, Random Forest), kMeans/Hierarchical Clustering among others.
- Performing some data exploration on the collected data and identify common patterns in the customer workflows.
- Extract insights from data that helps in model building.
- Visualize the aggregated data on Tableau or qlikview or any open data visualization tool.
- Design ML algorithms to improve some of the existing workflows. This work is done together with other data scientists.
