Job Summary

The Client Service and Business Development Executive is responsible for client management and business growth of the company for more profitability and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
Ensure100% client satisfaction.
Ensure client queries and requests are promptly resolved
Offer advice to clients on services and products.
Capture client information on database
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and developing new business initiatives.
Finding and developing new markets to expand the company’s reach
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing proposals for clients

Requirements

Computer literacy.
Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Social Media experience is an added advantage
Prospective employees must have:
A minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to meet deadlines.
