As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our financial management systems, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Finance and Admin. Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
• Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Manage tax administration, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and Corporate Income Tax filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Proactive in receivables collection
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Professional qualification: ACA or (Final stage of ICAN).
• Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or property services sector.
