We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Receivable Officer

Location: Lagos

Essential Functions

• Preparation and submission of invoice(s) upon receipt of POs from clients
• Following up with clients on payments for invoices submitted
• Following up with the operation teams to submit the required documents for invoicing
• Following up with the operation teams to close the pending PFIs and pending POs
• Reconciliation of Customer position
• Maintaining and updating Project files.
• Following up with the issuance of POs from clients and ensuring that all POs received are duly invoiced
• Capturing invoices into Project file sheets and on ERP Application
• Preparation and submission of monthly routine and non-routine PFIs (Proforma Invoices)
• Posting and applying all invoices paid upon receipt of remittance advice
• Liaising with Project Manager in resolving, rectifying and closing out on any issues with vendor/client invoices

Requirements

• First Degree in a relevant discipline with relevant accounting professional qualification.
• 4-6 years of experience in the field or related field
• Familiarity with relevant accounting programs and software.
