Elduke Consulting - Our client in the finance sector is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the company’s accounting system (customer & non customer related)
Responsible for maintaining journal entries of revenue, cost and balance sheet items
Posts daily transactions on authorized credit bureau & other reporting platform
Render periodic financial reports to management
Responsible for posting loan disbursements & repayments via the company’s loan management software and generating reports relating thereto
Performs other duties as may be required.

Qualifications

B.Sc Accounting
A professional accounting certification I.e ACA, ACCA will be an added advantage
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must be goal oriented & able to work with minimum supervision
Age: Not more than 35 years of age.
Must be resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Basic understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping practice.
Must be computer savvy.
Minimum of 1-year cognate working experience
