We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant (Entry Level)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• TAT Agency Limited is a dynamic and growing Travel Agency. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented entry-level accountant to join our finance team.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career to gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other transaction documents.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with them.
• Support the finance team in various tasks and projects as required.
• Accurately enter financial data into our accounting software and databases.
• Assist with bank statements and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by processing payments, invoices, and expenses.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for review by senior accountants and management.
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• And any other task assigned to you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
