Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR department and assist in various HR functions.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment and staff onboarding/training for the various departments. Handle employee onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and deductions.
  • Implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout the organization.
  • Handle HR-related correspondence and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years requisite experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and other relevant software.
  • Healthcare background is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to design, build and manage an effective workforce
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

  • N400,000 - N500,000
  • Open to candidates outside Port Harcourt
  • Relocation support available.
