Job Title: Administrative & Operations Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to handle operational and administrative roles for immediate employment.
- The ideal candidate should be able to manage a grwoing team and set up structures required for scaling in a growingbusiness venture.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage daily business administration
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Formulate business development and customer acquisition strategies
- Setup meetings, handle customer onboarding and capacity building/training.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Purchasing supplies, office equipment’s etc for staff.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
- Resolves cutomer problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain and update company databases
