Analyst, Facility Management at IHS Towers


IHS Towers is the largest independent mobile telecommunications infrastructure provider in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Founded in 2001, IHS provides services across the full tower value chain – colocation on owned towers, deployment and managed services.

Today IHS Towers has operations in Nigeria, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Zambia and Rwanda. Following the recent acquisitions of MTN and Etisalat’s tower portfolios in Nigeria, IHS owns over 23,300 towers in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Analyst, Facility Management

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Supervise renovations carried out across regional offices.
  • Ensure availability of stationery and beverages across assigned regional office locations/ work sites.
  • Collate utility bills and forward to HQ for processing.
  • Ensure cleanliness of company facilities, optimal functioning of air-conditioning (AC) units, and effective maintenance and servicing of generators.
  • Liaise with units/ teams/ functions impacted by planned and/ or ongoing facility management activities.
  • Evaluate works and confirm claims by vendors.
  • Ensure supply of diesel to office locations as and when due.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager, Facilities.

Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
  • 5 years relevant work history with demonstrable experience in determining faulty generators and HVACs, electrical issues within premises, and estimated costs of spares in the market.
