PICADAILYS is a multi-faceted platform that offers various services to its customers. These services include value added services such a bill payments, airtime and data recharge, T.V subscriptions, betting, and gift cards. PICADAILYS also provides self-services from our partners in the areas of travels and leisure, food and drinks, fitness and entertainment , delivery services and consumables. Additionally, the platform offers brand advertising services including pay per click(PPC), pay per engagement (PPE), pay per action(PPA) and pay per mile (PPM). PICADAILYS also operates a banking/wallet service that allows users to create virtual accounts, fund wallets, transfer funds, convert currencies, obtain virtual USD cards and prepaid cards.

Job Title: Brand Marketing Strategist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role Overview

  • We’re seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Strategist to strengthen Picadailys’ brand identity and expand our market presence.
  • The ideal candidate will shape how people perceive and connect with Picadailys — developing campaigns that inspire participation, drive loyalty, and elevate the brand experience across every touch point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with Picadailys’ vision, tone, and audience.
  • Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential, influencer, and partnership activation).
  • Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance, brand sentiment, and audience insights to refine strategies.
  • Develop storytelling concepts that highlight Picadailys’ value to users, partners, and the public.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven record of building or managing strong consumer-facing brands (tech, fintech, or lifestyle experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated marketing.
