Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (fibre, wireless, mobile, 5G, broadband, etc.) on time and within budget.
• Track project KPIs, prepare status reports, and provide executive-level updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead stakeholder communication and proactively resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective project management.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract compliance and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex telecom projects in Nigeria or across West Africa.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fibre optic networks, cellular towers, core network deployment, etc.).

Remuneration
