Job Title: Product Marketing Lead

Job Description

  • The Product Marketing Lead is tasked with developing and implementing the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Shuttlers' distinct Rental and Business segments.
  • This role is a key driver of predictable lead generation, overseeing all marketing surfaces; digital and physical, from the product's landing page and in-app messaging to strategic events, offline channels, and compelling PR/content initiatives like case studies and testimonial videos.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer-facing marketing surfaces and materials, including the landing page, onboarding flow, and in-app experience for the Rental and Business products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure marketing strategy aligns with product roadmap and customer experience.
  • Lead offline marketing initiatives, including strategic partnerships and event participation.
  • Oversee Public Relations (PR) and content efforts, including the creation of case studies, testimonial videos, and developing reports for stakeholder engagement
  • Emphasize the role's focus on traditional, event, and creative marketing strategies.
  • Design, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns for both Rental and Business, covering both online and offline lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally within a technology or shared mobility company.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing for distinct or dual-focus business segments (e.g., B2B, Rental).

Preferred Skills: 

  • Exceptional ability to design, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Demonstrated collaborative mindset, with experience interacting effectively with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with the technology or urban mobility industry is a plus.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, particularly for case studies, video, and PR materials.

N1,000,000 / Month.
