Role Overview

• PicckR is looking for a Graduate Trainee – QA to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to build a career in Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Testing.
• The trainee will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure our platform delivers a seamless and high-quality experience for users.

Key Responsibilities
Software Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Assist in testing PicckR’s platform, mobile apps, and web applications for bugs and performance issues.
• Write and execute manual test cases to identify defects in new and existing features.
• Learn and apply automation testing techniques for efficient testing processes.
• Help track and document bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team meetings to align on QA goals.
• Provide feedback on user experience, platform functionality, and performance issues.
• Prepare test reports and documentation to track testing progress and issues found.

Process Improvement & Test Optimization:

• Work with the development team to understand product requirements and improve test coverage.
• Identify common user issues and contribute to platform enhancements.
• Learn and implement QA best practices and testing methodologies.
