Michael Stevens Consulting - Our Client is an established brand/advertising agency with the head office located in Lagos. They currently required qualified professionals to fill the role of Client Service/Marketing Executive.

Job Title: Client Service / Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an advertising/brand agency in a similar role
• Sound communication skills - verbal and written
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Ambitious with a drive to move ahead career-wise

• Execute business plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Assist in carrying out action plans to penetrate new markets
• Analyze market demand on monthly basis
• Provide customer additional information and explain services
• Ensure 100% customer retention
• Manage customer complaints and ensure their needs are met
• Ensure compliance with business plan and sales strategy for the market
• Other Responsibilities as assigned by top line Manager
• Collate, Analyze and Interpret & present weekly Report
• Monitoring the execution of clients POs
• Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions
• Ensure product quality is maintained
• Manage customer data base
