Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Sector: Manufacturing

Summary

  • The Technical Sales Manager will bridge the gap between sales, product, and technology.
  • This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Testamy.ai’s recruitment solutions to HR teams, recruiters, and enterprise clients, while providing technical expertise during the sales cycle.
  • You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are translated into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
  • Stay up to date with HR tech trends, ATS systems, AI recruitment tools, and competitor offerings
  • Support pricing strategy, sales playbooks, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to client hiring needs
  • Translate customer requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation during sales cycles
  • Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements
  • Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or related field
  • Proven experience selling technical or software solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably HR tech or recruitment software
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS platforms, and hiring processes
