Our services span multiple sectors, including Banking, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Information Technology, Real Estate, Energy, FMCG, and Manufacturing. We currently provides Outsourcing services to major players in various sectors of the Nigerian economy on both our Individual and Integrated Outsourcing solutions.

The Individual Outsourcing solution involves take-over of existing personnel, training, and management of the workforce while our Integrated solution involves recruitment of new personnel, training, deployment and management of the workforce.

Job Title: Business Developer (POS)

Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced Business Developers with a proven track record in agency-related business development to drive growth and expand our market presence across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and present business proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in the assigned location

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Field experience.
• Previous experience in agency-related Business Development is essential

Salary
N100,000.00 monthly Basic + N55,000.00 Transport Allowance + HMO + Pension.
