Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Locations: Abia, Abuja (FCT), Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Delta, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Rivers

Description

• We are looking for goal-oriented and proactive individuals with great Influencing skills who have the right attitude and persona as well as the ability to drive sustainable retail business growth.
• The Sales Rep drives sales in assigned markets by promoting products to retailers and bulk buyers, achieving targets, and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote company products in open markets.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
• Collect customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate cash remittance.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular activity reports.
• Identify and onboard new customers and outlets.
• Ensure full coverage of assigned markets and routes.
• Managing superior in-store execution excellence - Availability and visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wholesale or open-market sales.
• Analytical skills to manage SKU-level stock and in-store displays effectively.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, proactive, and organized in managing tasks.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Android devices and mobile sales applications.
• Well-established network of wholesalers and retailers within the territory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of retail business dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
