About the Role

  • We’re looking for someone who can speak confidently with micro and small business owners, understand their tax challenges, and help them adopt a better, more reliable way to manage compliance with Flex Tax.
  • Most small businesses don’t have finance teams. The founder or owner handles everything — operations, payments, records, and tax. As a result, taxes are often done late, records are scattered, and penalties are common.
  • Your role is to help these businesses move from confusion to clarity by positioning Flex Tax as a trusted tax partner, not just a tool.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speak directly with business owners, founders, and operators about how they currently handle tax
  • Guide businesses away from last-minute tax filing and penalties
  • Follow up with prospects, handle questions, and close deals
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Identify gaps in record-keeping and compliance
  • Explain Flex Tax clearly and simply, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and CIT
  • Show how Flex Tax keeps receipts, invoices, and tax reports organized in one place

With Flex Tax, small businesses can:

  • Prepare audit-ready reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, organized, and willing to learn
  • Basic understanding of tax or finance is helpful but not required.
