Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Summary

• We are seeking a Business Development Officer to support lead generation, opportunity tracking, and proposal development for our client’s training, consulting, and employee engagement solutions.
• This role is ideal for a disciplined executor who wants to grow into senior commercial leadership.

Job Description

• Support identification of new business opportunities across corporate, public sector, and institutional clients
• Follow up on leads, expressions of interest, and submitted proposals
• Support meetings, presentations, and relationship management activities
• Track business development activities and prepare basic performance reports
• Research prospective clients, sectors, and partnership opportunities
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records
• Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, quotations, and pitch materials

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development, sales support, or client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in training, HR, consulting, or professional services is an advantage
• Experience using digital marketing for lead generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of proposal development and client engagement

Salary
 N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
