Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager / Partnerships Lead (Private & Government)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager / Partnerships Lead with a highly connected network across private sector and government entities.
  • This role is strategic and revenue-focused — not just business development. The ideal candidate must have a deep contact database, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of generating high-value deals. You will drive partnerships, strategic alliances, and revenue growth by leveraging your network and strategic influence.
  • Candidates should have verifiable experience in FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, Logistics, or core technology sectors, with experience closing high-value contracts and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management:

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and high-value stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and enterprise collaborations.
  • Leverage existing contact database and networks to drive business growth and revenue.

Stakeholder Influence:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partners and government entities.
  • Represent KloudOpp at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums.
  • Build long-term trust, credibility, and advocacy for KloudOpp within key ecosystems.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on partnership pipeline, revenue impact, and strategic outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose strategic improvements to partnership and engagement models.

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive high-value deal closures, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
  • Develop customized value propositions for private and government partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute strategic revenue initiatives.

Partnership Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and implement partnership acquisition strategies, including engagement plans, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
  • Lead relationship-building activities, including meetings, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Negotiate and formalize MoUs, contracts, and strategic agreements with partners.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in relationship management, partnerships, or business development with high-value clients
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics, or core technology sectors is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Grants, Donor & International Development Partnerships
  • Proven network and contacts across private and government sectors in Nigeria and/or Africa
  • Demonstrated track record of high-value deal closures and revenue generation
  • Identify, apply for, and secure grants from global donor agencies including:
    • USAID
    • World Bank / IFC
    • UN Agencies
    • African Development Bank (AfDB)
    • Gates Foundation
    • EU Development Funds
    • UK FCDO
    • Global non-profits and international foundations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
  • Experience with strategic partnership frameworks and governance
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance
  • Ability to train or mentor junior business development staff

Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,600,000 / month.
