Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic plans.
• Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating partnerships, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.
• The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage
• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
• Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is highly preferred

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly + commission + HMO.
