Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering field.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
